2020 PINOT NOIR | SAN LUIS OBISPO COAST
This medium-bodied Pinot Noir hails from a unique vineyard less than a mile from the Pacific Ocean. The cool ocean fog mixed with bright sunny days produce an elegantly balanced cool-climate wine, with notes of ripe cherry, rhubard, and a little white pepper.
The Derbyshire Vineyard sits on the San Luis Obispo Coast, one of California’s newest AVAs. It's a throwback to extreme farming at the whim of the environment.
In more traditional growing regions, viticultural choices drastically impact fruit quality and yield. Out on the coast, though, those farming choices almost feel insignificant compared to the effect of the cool ocean air and variations in weather. During years of higher than average yields, like 2020, the result is a sophisticated wine that is a bit lighter in color and texture.
In other words, when you drink this wine, you’re really tasting the grapes as Mother Nature intended them.

2019 CABERNET SAUVIGNON | PASO ROBLES
$58.50
This 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was hand-picked from a Sustainable-in-Practice Certified vineyard in Paso Robles. With bold, ripe fruit typical of the Paso region and perfectly balanced oak and acidity, it has just the right tannin and body to drink alone or with a juicy steak.
Winemakers have been producing world class Cabernet Sauvignon from this California Central Coast AVA for over a century, and we wanted to be part of it. Made to both respect and express the Paso Robles land, this 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the coveted Truesdale Vineyard, grown alongside other world-class Paso Cabs you may have heard of. The Sustainable-In-Practice Certification maintains some of the world's strictest standards for environmental protection.
With notes of cherry, plum, cloves, and toffee, pair this with red meat or beet salad. Or, you know, drink it by itself.
2021 PINOT NOIR ROSÉ | RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY
$44.10
This isn’t your average rosé. Single-vineyard, hand-picked at night to avoid spontaneous fermentation, whole-cluster pressed, and aged in stainless steel, this wine had just 4 hours of skin contact before pressing to give it a bit of structure and a beautiful pink hue.
Whether you’re team ‘Rosé Every Day’ or a warm weather rosé drinker, we believe this 100% Pinot Noir Rosé stands up against any rosé you’ll ever find.
We purchased the grapes for this wine from our friends at Ketcham Vineyard, and our winemaker Tami Collins created this beautiful and sophisticated rosé perfect for springtime. Ketcham Estate is a female-owned and operated 10-acre sustainably farmed vineyard in the heart of the Russian River Valley known for producing seriously high quality Pinot Noir.
It pairs well with grilled salmon, goat cheese, or just a ray of sunshine on your face.
