Learn More about the Cab
Winemakers have been producing world class Cabernet Sauvignon from this California Central Coast AVA for over a century, and we wanted to be part of it. We sourced this wine from an incredible producer with a long family history in the region that puts disproportionate emphasis on viticulture sustainability and making wine that both respects and expresses the Paso Robles land. It comes from the coveted Truesdale Vineyard, grown next to some of the world-class Paso Cabs you may have heard of. The vineyard is Sustainable-In-Practice Certified, which maintains some of the world's strictest standards for environmental protection.
Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon was made to be enjoyed from the box immediately, without the need to age it in the cellar like many heavily-oaked Cabs. With nicely balanced oak and acidity, and ripe fruit that's typical of the Paso region, it has the perfect tannin and body to be drank alongside the same big, juicy steaks as your favorite Napa Cab. This wine will wow both the novice and the wine connoisseur alike.
