Tasting Notes

A medium-plus bodied red with the perfect balance of Old World earthy notes and hints of lush, New World fruit. A refined wine that appeals to most tastes, offering an easy to sip glass that also pairs magically with both rich and light cuisine. Let the nuance surprise you with pops of peppery spice hidden between bursts of dark blackberry and prune. 
It won't take you long to be dreaming of a trip to Italy or wishing more American vineyards planted this centuries old varietal.
