If you don't like your wine for any reason, we offer a 100% cash back refund on 1 box per household, no questions asked. To request your refund, please email with a brief description of why you would like a refund and we'll get it processed within 24-48 hours.

We are legally unable to accept returns of open wine. Wrongly shipped or defective merchandise may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value upon presentation of the following: sales receipt and photo of damaged packaging or incorrect varietal. Local restrictions and other limitations may apply.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or it is not picked up from an Access Point within UPS's guaranteed 5 day holding period, the refund will be made for the product only, less any return shipping and handling costs. Other restrictions may apply.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds: If your refund is approved for a covered reason, we will notify you once we’ve processed your refund, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
