Whether you’re team ‘Rosé Every Day’ or just a warm weather rosé drinker, we believe this 100% single-vineyard Pinot Noir Rosé stands up against any rosé you’ll ever find. With grapes that were hand-picked at night to avoid spontaneous fermentation, whole-cluster pressed, and then fermented in stainless steel, this wine had just 2.5 hours of skin contact before pressing to give it a bit of structure and a beautiful pink hue. This isn’t your average rosé.
We purchased the grapes for this wine from our friends at Ketcham Vineyard, a female-owned and operated 10-acre sustainably farmed vineyard in the heart of the Russian River Valley known for producing seriously high quality Pinot Noir. Our winemaker Tami Collins went to work to create a beautiful and sophisticated rosé perfect for springtime.
It pairs well with grilled salmon, goat cheese, or just a ray of sunshine on your face.
