Learn More about the Sauvignon Blanc

Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc was grown on a small, family-owned, 3rd party certified sustainable vineyard in the Russian River Valley. The vines are all between 22 and 37 years of age, having been carefully tended to throughout, with vertical trellising and four row replication. That care extends to harvest, where the grapes were handpicked at night over five September days, when each vine was at its optimal ripeness.

The Russian River Valley is one of the most historic and respected wine regions, with early vines planted in the 19th century by Mediterranean immigrants. Resting between the Russian River and the Pacific Ocean, the cooler climate and regular fog make it the perfect place to grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasting Notes: Lime Zest, Pink Grapefruit, Guava, Fresh Cut Grass

Recommended Pairings: Lobster Roll, Fresh Oysters, Tabbouleh Salad, Fruit Tart
